Hi, my name is Alexandra Jugović

Creative Director and consultant
I create memorable experiences that connect the customer story with the brand story.

I am constantly curious about and looking for opportunities to combine creative ideas with emerging digital technologies to enhance an idea or a product and to create innovative and meaningful experiences.
As co-founder and Creative Director of the iconic studio Hi-ReS! in 1999 in London, New York, and Berlin, I have worked with major artists and brands ranging from Darren Aronofsky, Bernardo Bertolucci, The Beatles, Massive Attack and Beck to Chanel, Jägermeister, SONY and IBM.

Hi-ReS! was a creative agency focused on ideas, interaction, and craft with innovation at the core of everything we did. We worked in fashion, automotive, and entertainment - created websites, books and installations.

I co-authored 'Amantes Sunt Amentes', chronicling Hi-ReS! history (192 pages and DVD).

I have helped establish the company as one of the UK's leading independent interactive design agencies prior to its acquisition by the Syzygy Group (WPP) in 2008. I oversaw the transition, maintaining our established culture, and remained Creative Director, as well as bringing Hi-ReS! design concepts to SYZYGY Group's own brands.
Having established strong relationships with a global client base, brands such as Paramount, Dolce&Gabbana, BMW, and The Economist. The client list includes Nokia, Channel 4 UK, Rizzoli New York, Playstation, Diesel, MTV, Warner Brothers, Toyota as well as artists such as Rhianna and Goldfrapp.

In 2016 I left Hi-ReS!/ Syzygy Group and was brought into Publicis Sapient to push creative output and create innovation opportunities with existing and new clients with a focus on digital business transformation to help brands not only to survive but to thrive in this ever-changing digital landscape. I lead multidisciplinary teams, worked hands-on applying creativity, design, business strategy, and technology to work on dbt solutions that are human-centric and crafted to the highest standards. I have worked across retail, consumer goods, automotive, banking, health-care and sport accounts for clients such as Amplifon, Unilever, Nissan, JP Morgan, and European Tour.

I've been frequently recognised over the past 20 years, and listed as one of the world's most interesting creative leaders and named again as a future leader on Campaign and Creative Equals' "Future Leaders" list 2019.

I've judged many award competitions, such as D&AD, Art Directors Club, ADC Young Guns and One Show. I am also a voting BAFTA member.

My work has been recognised through numerous awards - including BAFTA, Webby Awards, D&AD Pencils, Cannes Cyber Lions, Clios, One Shows, Prix Ars Electronica, LIAA Grand Prix, LIAAs, Art Directors Club, EPICA, ECHO, and 30+ FWAs, and has been featured in more than 70 books and countless magazines and has been exhibited at Tate Britain, the V&A, the Barbican Galleries and a touring exhibition.

I believe in creative culture and diversity. With a strong vision and compassion, I lead multidisciplinary teams to create an environment where employees can thrive and create their best work.
I enjoy the process as much as the outcome and I am a strong believer in the power of creativity to unlock and create value for our clients and their customer.
