The Kitchen project was an event hosted by Hi-ReS! in our studio and invited a series of creatives to make a temporary piece of work on the chalkboard walls of our kitchen.
Each event is documented and has an online launch through Hi-ReS.net, as an interactive progression of the work from start to finish. Each piece is also included in our online archive with supporting info about both the event and kitchen guest.
The Hi-ReS! kitchen project aimed to facilitate the ongoing transformation of a space and to bring inspiration and different ways of thinking into the studio.
The project established ongoing relationships with creatives external to our studio and opens our eyes to new things. It is an opportunity for each guest to create large-scale work for their portfolio and expand their audience. Most importantly the kitchen project aims to be a fun experience for all.
